Your map lies torn in your pocket, its last legible clue pointing to the east wing—but the path forces you past examination rooms where leather restraints hang frayed and bloodstained, their steel tables littered with broken syringes. Whispers coil around your neck when you pause, your pulse roaring as you spot the first trap: pressure plates beneath scattered patient gowns, wires leading upward to jagged ceiling panels poised to collapse. Time thin as the walls between you and what hunts in the dark—shambling shapes with too many joints, their breaths rattling through respirator masks still fused to rotting flesh. Every exit chains shut until you find three generator switches, each guarded by puzzles scrawled in bile on the walls. One wrong move triggers wailing sirens that pull them closer, their claws scraping concrete as you sprint past autopsy slabs toward the final hallway… where the floor gives way to a basement swimming in thick black liquid. Something stirs beneath the surface. The exit door glows red at the far end. Run.
