The hierarchy of card ranks in descending order is as follows: Big King, Little King, 2, A, K, Q, J, 10, 9, 8, 7, 6, 5, 4, 3. Card combinations are ranked by strength starting with the weakest: single cards, followed by straights (consecutive singles), pairs, connected pairs (consecutive pairs), three-card sets, and finally three-card sequences (consecutive triples).
