Dominoes is a strategic board game where players connect rectangular tiles (called bones or stones) end-to-end by matching the number of dots on adjacent halves. Each classic set includes 28 tiles divided into two sections, marked with 0 to 6 pips. Players can challenge AI opponents or compete online in multiplayer mode. At the start, each participant receives 7 tiles, while the remaining ones form a face-down reserve known as the boneyard. The player holding the 6-6 double tile initiates the game by placing it on the table. Subsequent turns require players to extend the chain by matching the pips on one end of their tiles to those on the open ends of the layout. Points are scored based on the total number of dots on the tiles played, with the round continuing until one participant empties their hand or no valid moves remain. Strategic placement, blocking opponents, and drawing from the boneyard when necessary are key to dominating this timeless game of skill and calculation.
