Description
The Pac-Man franchise is a classic Japanese video game series published and owned by Bandai Namco Entertainment, originally developed by Namco. While the first game was released in arcades in 1980 and later published in North America by Midway Games, many other developers like Midway Games, Atari, and Mass Media, Inc. have contributed to the series over the years. Primarily known for its iconic maze chase gameplay, Pac-Man has also expanded into various other genres including platformers, racing, and sports titles.
