You can’t bring yourself to toss the cracked frame, the torn edges. It feels wrong to abandon something tied to so many memories. So you get curious. What if you try piecing it back together? Not just gluing it mindlessly, but treating it like a puzzle—hunting down every last fragment, matching colors and textures, slotting splintered wood and faded ink into their original places.
