A distant shout rings out—someone finds the unconscious bartender in the cellar. The guard pivots, cursing, and strides away. Now. Boots silent on moss-caked stone, the thief slides forward, key biting into palm. A flicker of movement—too fast, too sharp—as a blade gleams in the dark. No guard. No uniform. A low laugh, cold as winter iron. "You’re not the only one who knows about the grate."
