The manager’s courteous demeanor and polished small talk mask an undercurrent of dissonance. His smiles linger a beat too long, eyes tracking guests like chess pieces. Grek’s hospitality feels rehearsed, each interaction echoing with the hollow precision of a script. You dismiss it as eccentricity…until the third night, when floorboards creak outside your door at 3:07 a.m., and the security cameras reportedly “malfunctioned” at dawn.
